Mr. Sivarajah Thiagarajah

Executive Director Appointed Executive Director of DRM Partners Sdn Bhd on 1st June 2023. Prior to joining the Company, he was attached to other collection agencies in Malaysia as Director of Operations where he has extensive experience of 15 years in managing credit receivables, audit and advisory. During his career in CIMB & HSBC Bank Malaysia, he was assigned to manage early days collection operations for which he undertook various responsibilities including the day-to-day business operations. Mr Sivarajah Thiagarajah is a member of the Collection Agency Association (PAKPPM)

En. Shahbeer Effendi

Operation Director En. Shahbeer, the Operations Director at DRM, boasts over 21 years of extensive experience in the collections industry. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the collection department. Known for his strategic mindset, En. Shahbeer consistently introduces innovative and out-of-the-box approaches that not only enhance operational effectiveness but also deliver outstanding results for DRM’s diverse client base. His leadership and forward-thinking strategies have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
